Xiaobing manages Romax’ global sales, marketing, engineering services delivery, customer support and financial & operational functions through a team of senior managers in each function/territory. He is responsible for driving Romax sales and profit as well as improving the global customer experience and building global strategic accounts. Since joining Romax in 2007,he has an excellent track record in efficient delivery in firstly the Global Drivetrain Business Unit and more recently the Asia Pacific Region. Before being promoted to COO, Xiaobing served as Chief Commercial Officer and held previous roles as VP Asia Pacific, Global Director for Drivetrain BU, Business Development Director for Wind BU, and Regional Director for China.

Chris Baker is the Senior Vice President, Software Products for Romax and leads product strategy, planning, and development in that capacity. Before assuming the product helm, he held the role of Vice President, Americas between January 2018 and June 2019 and led the revitalization of Romax’s business in that region; that business is familiar territory for Chris, as he played a pivotal role in building it when the Troy, MI office first was established in early 2007. Chris has extensive leadership experience in the global CAE and automotive markets, having also held senior business development, product management, and engineering roles at Mechanical Simulation, MSC Software, and Ford Motor Company. He is passionate about delivering solutions that are innovative, process-oriented, and fit for purpose, and constantly seeks to partner with other best-in-class software teams and thought leaders to deliver on Romax’s promise to its customers and the engineering world.

Youn Su Park
Senior VP – Aero and Channel Sales
Youn Su Park has 30 years of professional career of gearbox R&D, business development and global operation management. He is a recognized industrial expert representing the future technologies of industries and the technical problem solutions. He joined Romax in 2001 and has held various positions to lead the company growth and the expansion of business, product/service and operation. He has lead the global operations in India, Korea, India, Japan and EU with the strategic interactions with major clients, such as Honda, Hyundai, Toyota and Rolls-Royce, which become the significant business in Romax. He has actively developed new business domains such as dynamic problem solving, gearbox design/development, renewable energy business, and currently expanding the aerospace business as the global leader of aerospace team in the UK since 2015. Youn Su joined Romax in 2002 after serving as Chief Engineer / R&D Manager for Hyundai Motors.

Head of Global Sales
Stephen manages Romax’s global sales and engineering services and customer support underpinned by a team of senior managers within each region, territory and business function. He is responsible for driving and leading the global sales of Romax products, services and design projects along with linking up the Product Management teams and Customer Support with our customers constantly improving the outward facing experience along with supporting the strategic growth of our global key accounts. Based at the Nottingham HQ, Stephen joined Romax in 2016 as a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Europe, turning this into the most successful territory globally. He then took a wider role early in 2019 as Sales Director of EMEA managing a team of sales managers and engineers, again growing this region by building solid relationships with strategic customers and their supply chain. With a strong track record of technical business growth & developing large key accounts globally, Stephen was promoted to Head of Global Sales in October 2020 to lead the drive to grow the Romax tools within the Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence division after the recent acquisition in summer 2020.
