I joined Romax through the graduate scheme back in 2014, after completing a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Nottingham. My time on the graduate scheme saw me rotate through several departments within the company, exposing me to vastly different roles and teams, providing a good understanding of the business as well as my favoured role after completing the graduate scheme. Now I have found a role within the Central Engineering department, working on engineering consultancy projects for some of the biggest names in engineering across a host of different sectors. I would definitely recommend joining the graduate scheme here at Romax Technology; it’s a great place to work and the exposure you get in only a short time working here will be invaluable for the rest of your career.

At Romax we are proud to encourage women in engineering to join our company. We have some of the brightest minds, including physicists, mathematicians, researchers, consultants and engineers working on next generation driveline technology.
“Engineering is a great way to use skills in maths and physics to improve technology both in performance and environmental impact. I like the variety of work you can get involved in as an engineer, technically the work is challenging and always different. I enjoy being able to calculate a physical effect, working out how a system will behave and using this knowledge to make improvements”
Annabel Abdy, Senior Design Analyst

Our Graduate Scheme and Internship Programme vacancies will be advertised on our jobs page.
Applications open in November/December each year.
