Romax is shortlisted as a finalist for the SEMTA SME Investment in Skills award
Romax operates across the automotive, bearing and wind energy sectors. To continue delivering maximum value to our customers in these fast paced markets, we have recognised the need to retain and develop our talent pool through investing globally in developing the skills of our employees.
Supporting our growth plans, we are looking at our values and business culture with a strategy that invokes aspirational change. This involves continuous up-skilling of new and existing employees.
A first shortlist for Romax in recognising our skills investment strategy, we are delighted to add this to our collection of shortlisted finalist awards this year which include:
- Shortlisted FINALIST – The Nottingham Post Awards (for innovation)
- Shortlisted FINALIST – The DNLCC Awards (for excellence in Innovation)
- WINNERS – The British Engineering Excellence Awards ‘Consultancy of the Year’ & ‘Grand Prix’.
The success of these awards goes to highlight our achievements across the business, and continues to highlight our world leading status.
Good luck to the other two finalists in this category and we look forward to hearing the outcome in Feb 2015!
