Romax Technology opens new Centre “neVPEC” in Hangzhou, China

Award-winning in electro-mechanical driveline design, Romax Technology has established the New Energy Vehicle Propulsion Engineering Centre (NeVPEC) in Hangzhou, China, which is aimed at providing high-end e-drive design, development and verification services to the region’s market and beyond.

This recent expansion follows the company’s growth in providing electro-mechanical design and driveline solutions to the Electric Vehicle (EV) market, through its eDRIVE offering. Already established in China via three global offices, Romax is perfectly placed to support China’s strong growth in the EV market and its surge of activity in the domestic auto industry.

NeVPEC has been born out of Romax’s technical expertise and delivered through the Wanxiang Innovation and Entrepreneurship platform, bringing together global knowledge and local resources to deliver electro-mechanical driveline integration and development for new energy vehicles.

NeVPEC is specifically equipped with an advanced CAE simulation platform and state of the art high-speed testing facilities including  bearing and vehicle chassis testing facilities and electric testing bench services.
