Romax Technology supporting emergency service to save lives

Romax are proud to have participated in a ceremony to hand over a cheque for £2,500 to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance Service at their Nottingham HQ.

Early in 2019, Romax Technology employees chose the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance as their annual charity. Throughout the year, the Romax Social Committee members and individual employees have personally taken on fundraising challenges to raise money for the charity, events have included a range of activities from summer raffles, wine tasting, cake sales to charity bike rides.

Since starting in 1994, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire air ambulance have responded to over 20,000 life threatening situations and saved countless people including; accidents, suicides, roadside trauma and other emergency situations.

As one of the UK’s leading Air Ambulance operators, they are now running and responding to calls 24 hours a day to provide round the clock emergency support.
